Payment reminders that stay polite and keep a record

The agent reminds customers about a due amount, asks whether they can pay by the due date and records the date they promise. If someone disputes the amount or reports hardship, the agent does not argue: it notes it for your team.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Load amount and due date

Each contact carries its own amount due and due date, so the agent states the right facts.

  2. Step 2

    State it once, ask once

The agent states the amount and date a single time and asks whether payment will be made by then.

  3. Step 3

    Record the promise

A promised date is stored as a structured field you can filter and export.

  4. Step 4

    Disputes go to people

Disputes, hardship and anything the agent cannot answer are flagged for a team member to follow up.

  • CustomerHaan, main bol raha hoon.
  • AgentThank you. Your EMI of 4,200 rupees is due on the 10th. Will you be able to pay by then?
